Emma B is a great friend and a bodybuilder who last competed in the bikini division. She’s also a professional baker with some of the most creative and delicious recipes I’ve ever tried/seen - though somehow when I make them, they never come out as well as when I try hers. Emma is also Paul Romzek's girlfriend, a frequent guest on the show and another very great friend.

Grace is an NPC bikini competitor and a new ICU nurse. She graduated this past December from a full-time accelerated BSN program while completing a three-year offseason after her last two shows in 2022. She first completed a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology in 2021 and has been bodybuilding since. Through career changes, big moves, health issues, and a rigorous nursing program with 12-hour clinics and now 12-hour ICU shifts, Grace has prided herself on nailing her plan and mastering the skill of discipline.

Kailynn is an NPC wellness competitor and also a nurse in the emergency department. Her first prep was during nursing school in 2022 and was cut short 2 weeks out due to covid, where she pivoted into a successful off-season - giving her enough competitive edge to compete for the first time in 2024 and take the overall and step on a national stage for her 2nd show ever. With chaotic 12-hour shifts and going back to school for her BSN, Kailynn hasn’t missed a beat and continues to find a way to prioritize adherence.

Joseph Pircher is an NPC Heavyweight bodybuilder and high-level bodybuilding prep coach at Premiere Physiques. He has competed for more than ten years and coached for most of them. Nicholas “The Statue '' Weir (@nicholasjohnweiron Instagram) is a bodybuilder and high-level coach. He’s been bodybuilding and coaching bodybuilders and lifestyle clients for over a decade and is incredibly knowledgeable on training, diet, and performance-enhancing drugs. Nick is a regular on Paul Barnett’s Anabolic Bodybuilding weekly Saturday livestream and a guest on numerous bodybuilding shows on YouTube.
