Krissy and Dwayne Shofield (@ourinfinitehealth) are two carnivores from Nova Scotia who have transformed their lives with this way of eating.  Dwayne has lost 70lb, improved his overall body composition and reversed very bad eczema he’s had all his life. His asthma and kidney stones also disappeared and he experienced several other benefits. Most importantly, Ella is openly shares and helps people with her deep thinking on nutrition and chemistry.

Dan Quibell (@thebaconexperiment) is the man who undertook “The Bacon Experiment” where he ate nothing but bacon for an entire month to lose weight. He’s also a former vegan, raw vegan, and even fruitarian. Since then, Dan has lost over 90 lbs on keto, gotten off medications, become a Keto Coach, helped hundreds of people lose weight and regain their health and founded The Bacon Experiment Facebook Group.

Hadi Doumit (@the_carnivore_chef) has lost over 235 lbs by following a carnivore keto diet after listening to Chris and Mark Bell.
