Suzanne Alexander, M.Ed., is returning to the podcast for part 3 where we’re going to talk about her recent expedition to Africa to visit indigenous people. Check out episodes 1 and 2 where we go through her first expedition to seven of the Pacific islands. She is the co-author and editor of the newly released book, "The Ancestral Diet Revolution," along with renowned physician, author, nutrition researcher, and speaker Dr. Chris Knobbe, MD - who was also recently on the show. She is a multi-award-winning educator with over 30 years of experience in the classroom and a highly accomplished health and nutrition researcher with over 40 years of research to her credit. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the State University of New York at Cortland. Additionally, Suzanne attended the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford in Connecticut with a major in Opera. Suzanne furthered her graduate studies for many years working towards her Ph.D. in Health and Nutrition.
